The MAA’s Corporate Plan details our Vision and Purpose, clearly stating Who we are and explaining Our Services in a simple, comprehensible way for the people of NSW, and also specifically for both the Insured and the Injured and their interactions with the MAA and the NSW CTP scheme.
The Corporate Plan confirms that we will deliver these services whilst living by our staff developed organisational Values of Integrity, Initiative, Respect and Accountability.
We have used a simple visual representation to pull our key organisational aims together as Our Outcomes, highlighting three Key Result Areas of Fair Pricing, Optimal Recovery, and Scheme Viability, and three Support Areas of Customer Focus, being an Exemplar Organisation, and Operational Efficiency.
Our Strategic Directions are also detailed in the Corporate Plan, setting out that for each Key Result Area and Support Area we have established a set of high level Key Performance Indicators with specific Targets to be achieved.
