The Claims Advisory Service can:

• help you make a claim for your injuries
• communicate with the insurer about issues relating to your claim
• help to resolve medical and settlement disputes with the insurer
• answer any questions you might have about your claim
• assist you in making applications to the Medical Assessment Service and the Claims Assessment and Resolution Service
